This reminded me of the time Rym put the Dogtanian music as the stinger and messed with the fadeout.
I like that aesthetic of medieval stylings combined with surreal horror. Felt a little bit Pan’s Labyrinthy.
A24 is kind of an arthousy studio too, so I suspect it’ll be good weird not incoherent weird.
I’m gonna look into what other things they have already made.
A24 has produced pretty much every amazing horror movie in the past 5 years, plus Uncut Gems which I haven’t seen but have only heard praise for. They’ve got some supreme talent behind their movies.
For the curious: It took approximately six hours for the hate nerds to start blaming it on Kathleen Kennedy.
