Some good actionable stuff in there e.g. Magfest should get medical badges for line purposes. I’m actually a bit surprised by the reported gender balance, since I thought Mag was much more heavily-male. That might be an effect of non-response bias.

I agree, I just know that this is gonna be a fight.
