Lego

You could throw it all on ebay, but I know the lego people will be happier if you sort out the lego.

These are pretty damn cool…

$60 for all three in one set? SOLD!

I have LEGO Voltron, and that is all the LEGO that an adult in a tiny apartment needs. We’ve talked about LEGO Saturn V before, but it’s just too big.

Well, now it’s on sale, and my apartment is larger than before.

Still didn’t buy it.

But LEGO already built a Cybertruck:

ETA:

This is both cool and a little disappointing. Cool in that I like the idea, but disappointing in that it’s not something that I can see myself getting and is geared towards kids.

That’s a great toy, but not one an adult nerd needs.

Yeah, my edit is basically in agreement with you.

Stealing this from Reddit because it is brilliant:

If that’s real, that’s pretty much an automatic buy for me.

90%+ chance of real.

100% chance

When I was a kid I wrote a letter to LEGO asking why they didn’t make military LEGOs. They sent a letter back saying they didn’t want to make violent toys. Even as a kid I thought, hey the pirate LEGO have guns and canons, and the space LEGO have laser weapons, and the castle lego have all kinds of medieval weapons. They just didn’t want to make modern weapons.

Welp.

The speculation on out-of-print Lego sets is already insane. I can’t imagine what it will be like if any of these sets actually get released accidentally.

A very good Twitter thread:
