My wife was just a block away from this attack.
That was great. I’ve had some other, very limited, experiences interacting with members of the military acting in their official capacity and one very frequent behavior I notice is clear communication with greater efficiency than in the business world. “This is what I am saying. I have said all I need to on this matter. What is next?” Now, along with that comes some arrogance and lack of opportunity to debate or explain so I’m not saying it is perfect, but it is very direct and does not belabor the point.
When your purpose in the application/management of deadly force you gotta be damn sure everyone understands everything correctly and quickly otherwise the wrong people die and/or you waste limited resources within a narrow time frame to act effectively.
Fucking amazing.
But seriously, now, arrest the rest of them.
Every single killer cop, arrest them, put them in jail, keep them in jail.
