Employee told him to wear a mask ( there is a state mandate). He refused and assaulted the employee with a piece of lumber. A police officer approached him and the man trapped the officers arm in his car and dragged him at high speed. Then he exited the vehicle and struck the officer with a hammer.
Was he tased? No
Was he shot? Nope

Hoping for the best. Prepared for the completely expected.
They didn’t deliberate for very long. Closing arguments were yesterday. At max they’ve had a few hours.
I think that’s a good sign.
Or a very, very bad one.
Or that the jury is irrevocably hung.
I’m sure it’d take more time than that.
Not if you have one juror who refuses to change their mind no matter what.
I can, at the very least, dispel that. The one thing we do know is that there’s no hung jury. It’s an actual verdict.
