Jon Bois’ and Alex Rubenstein’s history of the Seattle Mariners is finally complete. I just finished watching it. What an absolute marvel of storytelling. Just watch it if you haven’t. It’s long, but worth every goddamn minute.

Decided to spend my sunday night playing MtG Arena and watching baseball on the other monitor. For the full Phillies Experience they lost 11-6 while leaving bases loaded in three different innings. But hey, at least I went 7-2 in the draft I was playing.
Whelp, there have been 14 confirmed cases of Covid-19 among the players and staff of the Miami Marlins. Both the games between the Marlins and Orioles and the Phillies vs. the Yankees (the Phillies being the Marlins previous opponents) have been postponed. MLB is in crisis mode. Season could very likely get cancelled four days in.
You know what I think already. This is pro sports, not a friendly learning game. You play to win the game. If you didn’t want to give up a grand slam, don’t let the bases get loaded in the first place, and get a better pitcher.
