The omegathon needs a Stanley cup. Print all the names of the winners on it have it during they keynote/first qna as a symbol that pax has begun. Have keepers to tour it at pin trading events during the event. Have the winner take it to local events between paxes. Make that damn thing mean something and desire to have it.

Good idea, but too late now.
Make it now, put all the names to date on it. Then it just has to marinate in history.
I took a few days to reflect on the experience and have to say I had a great time. It was nice meeting a bunch of friends and some new people as well in between gaming and talking. If I were to make the trip again I would bring a carry on with small to medium games since they were lacking within the group and open up to new fresh faces since it appeared everyone I encountered gaming wise was down for trying new things.
