Directed with assured brilliance by Hungarian filmmaker Lili Horvát, this captivating, mysterious romance follows a neurosurgeon who returns home to Budapest for a romantic rendezvous with a fellow doctor she met at a New Jersey medical conference. After he fails to show up at their assigned meeting place, she tracks him down, only to be told that they have never met.
I’ll probably watch it this weekend, if not tonight.
