To comment on the opening bit, as I have gotten more into gym work to improve health, the whole “it doesn’t hit until the next day” thing is so true. Its like the natural reaction of body is in pain, give it rest, is a trap on what you should actually be doing. I have been trying to figure out the limits and making new PBs and listening is a weird thing to explain to people when taking about exersizing at times if they do not take it seriously.
Is DOMS the soreness thing you were talking about post-workout?
