Android: Netrunner (not even Scott cares)

You might not care, but this is amazing.

I made a weird Asa Group deck that wants to install assets and ice in front of them to power up Fully Operational. The goal is to use Big Deal to fast-advance 5/3s from hand. Two are enough, then you can score out with Élivágar Bifurcation.

Unfortunately, the runner had stolen both Bifurcation from me, forcing me to fast advance with Big Deal three times which I actually managed. Achivement Unlocked!

Is Imp still a card?

It is. They reprinted it in System Update 2021, which is part of the Standard and Startup card pools.

I actually wrote a thing for people trying to get in the game, the Netrunner Purchasing Guide. Probably could have plugged that here at some point.

Sad your opponent didn’t have any to trash those big deals. It found its way into most of my runner decks.

Big Deal is an operation with a trash cost. Imp wasn’t really necessary. However, they never managed to access one. There however is now Spin Doctor in the card pool, basically the second coming of Jesus Christ Jackson Howard, so trashing things is only a temporary measure most of the time.

Indeed that is the second coming. Would play 3 in any deck.

After about five months off, Null Signal Games (formerly known as Project NISEI) is previewing the second and final part of the Borealis cycle which will release this friday. Every card is meaningful, interesting and impactful.

Meanwhile, I am basically unable to keep up with MtG because WotC is seemingly releasing a new product every other week and I can hardly care anymore.
