The latest episode of the podcast Get Rich Nick has an interview with an Uber driver who shares his experience with the company.

I did some some articles in a completely different context about companies with forced arbitration agreements getting completely (and rightly) hosed by people gaming the arbitration system.

Of course, we need to ban the concept of forced arbitration altogether, except in specific cases of mutual agreement among entities of relatively equal power.
