Does anybody here actually refer to scarves as mufflers? I’d never heard it before I moved to Japan.
Outside of equipment in JRPGs, I think the only time I’ve heard that is Harvey Danger.
What I always referred to as mufflers in the US were like if you just knitted a ring and didn’t turn it into a wool cap, and it went around your neck and you could pull it over your chin and mouth and nose
